Before being named as General Manager of Skeldon Energy Inc in March 2022, Brian was the Chief Financial Officer of Power Producers and Distributors Inc, and was responsible for the overall financial management of the company, including key areas of procurement, logistics and inventory.

Prior to joining PPDI, Brian worked at the European Union Delegation to Guyana where he managed several development cooperation projects with the Government of Guyana and civil society organizations. He also had postings in microfinance and mainstream commercial banking at Development Finance Ltd and Guyana Bank for Trade and Industry Ltd respectively.

Brian graduated from Jacksonville University in April 2022 with a Doctorate in Business Administration. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a global accountancy body and read for his Master’s Degree at the University of Bradford in the United Kingdom. Brian was a 1996 Guyana Scholar.

Apart from work, Brian serves as Treasurer of the Guyana Cricket Board. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, participating in his local church and is also an avid cricket fan.
